lol, seriously? Guys its the Empire State Building, not a little residential home like ours, I think its amazing that they can do that!!!

seeing this thing at night time puts the awwwwwww back into lighting.

There is literally thousands of strobes all over this building, and yes, they do have the spots going at certain times.. usually at the same time the water fountain display below is going.
