I think I just worked it out. I was accessing the GUI via the eth0 IP address before. I just accessed the GUI via the wlan0 IP and now everything seems to work fine. I can also access the GUI from my mobile via the wlan0 IP address too!!

Also, the list of songs does not appear until I click on the playlist drop down menu. Once I click this, I can see the songs, but still nothing about it playing.

The device is connected via WiFi and that is how I access the GUI. I tried to manually set the date/time and when I press submit, the fields just go blank. I shut down system via mains power and let sit for 30min, rebooted and get same issue. If I reboot FPPD via the GUI, same issue exists also.

Hi Alan, Thanks for your feedback, I think my problem was the subnet mask as you pointed out. I ended up formatting my SD card, reimaged and set up with new IP addresses and all works perfectly now. Thanks

How would one set up the controller in xlights? I assume I would use an ethernet controller as its connected to serial port 2 on F16, and multicast as I cannot set an IP of the DMX board. Do i set it up as 1 universe of 512 channels, or 1 universe of 36 channels? Any help would be appreciated...
