I hooked up a P2 today that have used the past few years and I am getting an error message I have never seen before. It says Error - Effect Pixel Start/End Out Of Range. Not sure what the issue is since I have used this P2 with no problems before. Can anyone shine a light on what this could be...
A smaller file works great. It just seems that the large file won't work. I'm just going to use an older version of xlights and do it like I did last year.
I am having issues with this as well. I created all my effects for a matrix in xlights, converted it for LSP, get it into my patterns and copy but when I paste nothing shows up. I did it last year with no problem but they were much smaller files so I am also wondering if there is a limit.
I received word from Sully's wife that he passed away this morning at 12:50am local time. She said he only spent one day bedridden which is amazing! The wake will be tomorrow and the funeral will be Monday.
Sully was an awesome guy and quite the character! He will be greatly missed. Please...
Looks like I'm doing something different by using the song "everything is awesome" from the lego movie. My kids are excited about so I'm sure it wil go over over well.
I am having issues where LSP will stutter at random during playback. It's not a quick split second thing either. It gets hung up, the lights get hung up as well, and then it moves on. I built the computer just for the show and it is running an i7 3770k, 8gb DDR3, and 80 SSD. Nothing else runs on...
I don't know if this should be here or in pixels but I am ready to pull my hair out. I have 3 windows that are all exactly the same. Everything is setup the same in LSP but when I play a portion back the pixels aren't outputting correctly on 2 of the windows. Here is a video so you can see what...
I am the same way, my ADD will not let me sequence several full length songs. What I did was use Audacity to combine the parts I wanted of several songs. I now have about 6 minutes to sequence with 8 songs in that.
I used these strips mounted to 1/2" pvc. So fay this has worked great for me.

Well after lots of messing around the past few days I finally got one of the controllers to work on 12v. Not sure what the issue was as I didn't change anything I had been doing. Crisis has been averted. Thanks for all the inputs and suggestions.
I run power for the strips from the PS, not from the controller so no issue there. I did reload the firmware thinking it might be corrupt. I have tried speeds between 2500 and 3000. I will try lower.
