powered up the first board this morning works great tried the second one nothing happens no flashing lights dead what could be wrong and where can I get it fixed

Are all the jumpers set the same on both boards?
Depending on where you are (doesn't indicate it in your profile) then either back to J1 Sys or else potentially locally if you're not in the U.S.
