Hi
Not to be the pain here, but just be careful with powerful transmitters. You'll need a permit from ACMA if it's above a certain output ( I think it's currently 10 micro watts) and they aren't cheap permits. I know others risk it, but I'm risk averse so don't risk it myself.

I've got the cheapest module transmitter (First one in the video) and it works perfectly fine, i'm able to go around 30m away. I soldered a 75cm length of coax cable (cheap dollar store tv aerial cable). Just be aware of were you place the device, it didn't work well for me in a windows because of the metal frame.

Mate don't want a powerful 1 happy for around 100 metres at the most.

I see a lot of expensive/powerful transmitters being used on here.
Xmas just been was my first year at pixels. FM transmitter was one of the last items on my list.
It ended up i was too late for any new purchases to arrive on time via mail so in my hunt around the shed i found my old 12v cigarette lighter fm transmitter i used for my IPod (remember those?) to play through my car stereo - Before the times of bluetooth, USB and AUX. jacks in car stereos.

I have no issue with this type of transmitter when playing my show, i placed it next to my main controller box under the front veranda. I could drive 50-100m past each side of my house (house is 8m from the road) before the signal faded away. By memory it cost me $8?
Just a thought for those who are budgeting. 20190108_165424.jpg
