I'd like to make a spinner, my last one I started in the middle and went out to the first end with pixels, then three wires back to the middle, then pixels out to the next leg, etc. My question is can I power each leg from the middle by connecting all of the +5v and grounds together at the middle and just run the data up and down?

Thanks,

Rob

Depending on how far apart your pixels are and how long your wire is, you could place a pixel every second hole on the way up and every other one on the way back, then just setup the order in your software.

Thanks, I have some leftover 13 bullet pixel pieces cut from some other strands and was going to use those. I never thought of putting them together as one strand and going up and down.
