Funny thing is when i was working on the real 30m wheel it sounds the same. LOL.
Looking at how to power wiper motor? Cheap and reliable appernlty i could use PSU from computer?

$5 computer PSU from TradeMe works perfectly.

I'd just be cautious about burning out a DC motor.
Get the bearings smooth and the whole thing balanced and she'll be alright.
