i've order 400 sheets of white and 400 sheets of black coro due into Australia 1st week in November it was supposed to arrive this week

I placed an order for 50x chromatrim about a week ago. The order went through, but havent heard back apart from the automated emails.

Accessing the site via a google search does work, but if I then click on the account page, it returns to the "pardon our dust" screen.

Its only been a week, but I wonder if I will see any corro this year.
If not, I'll have to find something else for the 1500 pixels and 500 magnets already bought.

Sadly a very common theme - Even when i ordered a couple years ago from Troy comms werent up there with most other online operations I have ordered from.
Unlike Paul Green, that dudes service was exceptional - Excellent communications, postage, range - Im really going to miss Paul supplying the Australian Xmas Scene.

Previous orders have been great. No issue and communication was good. At least you can get PAYPAL involved and get your money back, hopefully. I've given him one more chance to update/respond to me before I head down this path.. Sad it has to come to this for someone who assisted the Xmas lights community.

I’m lucky enough Christmas Props Australia is only a couple of towns from me, there props are good and plenty to choose from, always good fast communication and happy to suggest ideas if stuck. It’s sad to lose anyone supplying to our hobby.
