I'm not sure about dual wall, but I've been getting my heat shrink from eBay. MUCH cheaper than Bunnings that's for sure!

ebay, though the stuff from jaycar is better quality
I generally use the Jaycar heat shrink as it is generally better quality, but you can also get some great value and good quality heat shrink from aliexpress if your willing to buy large rolls of it

Hi Matt,

I still buy this sort of stuff from my local electrical wholesaler but you could probably buy it cheaper on eBay or Ali express. I buy about 1.2m the glue type stuff for a few dollars and the unlined is much cheaper.

Very happy with the Jaycar product, but it's hard to go in there without spending half an hour looking at other stuff!

Their dual wall heatshrink prices are 50 - 70% dearer than what I purchase. However, I have to wait about a month to get my order from China .
Most often you pay for convenience. If you want it right now then Jaycar/Bunnings etc you can get it but will be a bit more pricey. The zippytieman site is Australian so will be quicker to ship, but again at a cost.
If you're happy to wait a few weeks (like I have in the past by planning ahead) then you can pick up a roll for quite cheap.

Yep. I plan way ahead. I know my supplier is cheap, the product quality is excellent and the delivery will take about a month.
I just work on other projects till the heatshrink and anything else on order arrives and then I start on it once I have confirmed that I have everything I need.
I no longer calculate how much I need. the product is cheap enough to purchase by the roll and to have on hand.
I have now narrowed everything down to three sizes of heat shrink at 4:1 shrink ratio and use nothing but the resin filled.
