I am looking at the airseeder hose on eBay an have noticed that there are 2 different sizes, 25mm ID & 32mm ID. I see that most are going for the 32mm - is the other one too narrow?
The pigtails are 13.5mm and the pixel strip is smaller than that, so I don't se why the smaller hose wouldn't be used more ... Can someone shed some light on this for me, please?

I used the one with 32mm inner diameter for 2 reasons:
1) slightly better light diffusion (provided your strip or lights stay flat (one or 2 hot spots but not really noticeable)
2) 32mm conduit pieces fit in quite snugly for making feet.

Has anyone tried the pex pipe for the arches? I tried a piece with an led strip in it and it gave a nice diffused light. I think I can get it up to 1 1/2 in. not totally sure on cost at this time, will check that out further.

@heathwithnoteeth Interesting all the pex up here for your household plumbing is white red blue or kind of the same colour as the ldpe tubing you guys talk about. I will have to check with the farmers around to see if there is any airseeder hose of the same type as you guys see.

I am getting a lot higher price with the bottom colliermiller link... must be region specific... I'm in SA
$224 - 30m on the colliermiller link (and $21 freight on top)
$140 - 30m on the ebay link (add freight... i think it was about $60 when i enquired)
