Hi I have the Beams 1800 snow machine and it’s been working fine except today. As soon as I switch the on button at the back of the unit, the motor starts running (no snow though). The power switch should only be peering the unit up without starting the motor.
The hand held controller is what...
Yes I’ve used them on a few brands and they’ve worked. I’ve stocked up on a few
for future purchases. Let’s hope they don’t change the connection again.
Kind regards
Anastasia
Thank you. I have a friend who is an engineer and jack of all trades that will take a look at it for me tonight. I was told a two week wake to have it looked at by d j city.
Finally found some 10 meter extension leads with the two pins. Lexi lighting stocks them and so far they have been a perfect connection to many of my new lights. What a relief!!
I have decided to go ahead. May have to adjust numbers walking in pending covid rules. I’ll be organising ground signage too to remind people to stay 1.5 meters away. Let’s hope we able to have a ‘close to normal’ Display. Here’s hoping!
Am I able to buy wire to join on to the lights? And does shrink tube do a similar job? I know how to cut and join as such, just don’t have soldering equipment.
Good evening all, just wanted some guidance on how everyone extends their cables to enable transformers to reach undercover? I many not be clear in how I’m asking this. Most fairy lights (and other types of Christmas lights) only have lead lengths from last bulb to transformer of about 5 meters...
I’m currently planning for the display to go up. Controlling crowd numbers may be an issue though, but we definitely need something positive to look forward too after such a large lockdown. Looking st getting the Covid 1.5 distance stickers for the ground
Hi thank you for your comments. Would love to know if you do decide to make them. I don’t know how to construct them and it’s definitely a bucket list item for my light display @shaftsburylights.
