Answered Why does this strip stay lit no matter what?

OK, I swear I did that, but this time I switched it, and it DID update. It also highlighted a dodgy connection that I'll have to check out too. (Its only 32' on the whole controller/PSU) I'm suspicious that the particular port may have an issue but I'll fight that another day! Thank you i13...

I have a LED strip thats been up for a couple of year. Normally its been running on a SP110E gizmo, it works fine like that. Now I've moved on to XLights and a controller. All the other strips work fine, but these light as soon as the board powers up, and don't change at all. Other lights on...

Hi folks, I've spent about 12 hours today trying to get a string lit up in a snowflake and I have made no headway whatsoever. The snowflake has 104 pixels, and I have 2 strands of 50 Alitove Bullets 12v RGB connected together. (Yes, I AM 4 short) I have the xmodel file for the snowflake...

OOooooo... I get it. Yes, 1 IC and then 3 LED's. OK, that solves it then - I got it back to red and answered the question. YOU FOLKS ROCK! Thank you SO SO much, it is truly appreciated. Graham

OK thank you, that's a heck of a lot closer! In the model preview, it now shows as '10 x 10' whereas it is 30 pixels wide. Which probably explains why the border is 3 pixels wide. How can I make the border 1 pixel wide.

Thanks for the resposne, I'm running on a new to market controller out of Canada. A CPC-8DL-PB running FPP 4.6.1. from Canada Pixel Coro. (This is a Pocket Beagle board). In XLights I ONLY have the one Matrix set up and only the Marquee effect sent to that model. Your second paragraph is...

Hi all, I'm a total newbie here and I've been trying literally for weeks to get something simple working :) I have a test board of 10 strips of LED's with 30 pixels per strip. The LED's all work fine. In FPP test mode, all LED's light and chase correctly. I then loaded up XLights and set up the...
