We do the port forwad way to access our device via internet, it is successful to control our lights via web page . but we use the same address in Xlight softward , it is not successful . is any way to do this , thanks.

@OzAz nice to see you herer , now i got the helpping from Jay, the 3 lines led copper string lights is working with xlights , it is amazing. thanks so much @Jay.S it is not 2811 SMD lights, we called it as led copper string lights or led fair lights, we use 0.38CM wire, it is new technology.

can we use the dmxking harward ( http://www.dmxking.com/usbdmx/ultradmxmicro ) to connect the Xlights software ?

@Jay.S , our new technology can control the individual lights , not entire string lights. now we use our APP to control it , but we use the DMX512 protocol, but i am not sure if the Xlights can control us , usually we use the DMXKing to connect the led string lights and the computer to test.

@David_AVD yes, 2811 is not suitable for our 2 lines led string lights , we use 4 lines for the similar one, i will show you late , it is new technology.
