HELP! Trying to use Advatek Assistant to setup controllers that worked last year. Able to find controllers listed but keep getting error shown in pic #3. I press "Yes" but it does not do anything. The controller IP's match the the Adapter address, but will not bring up menu to change port...

A while back, someone posted instructions or a video on how they made a jig to drill into PVC pipe to push pixels into to keep them straight and evenly spaced. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Upgraded the firmware, reset the network, spit into the back of the controller.......IT NOW WORKS without the pixels ghosting. Show starts tomorrow!

Lowered the voltage. Did not help. Waiting to hear back from Advatek to see if they have any ideas.

I will try lowering the voltage. Pixel is on about 50%. Also, when I am running the sequence, the red stays on, does not change with the rest of the string.

Voltage is good. 12.02 volts.
