Not too bad, about 1k for each panel new. But if you don’t mind 2-3 or so dead pixels per panel (almost impossible to notice) you can generally get a good deal on ex hire panels
Just go straight to a commercial P3 or similar screen. 500mm x 500mm building blocks, IP panel, just link power and data. Takes a HDMI from xschedule spitting out a virtual matrix.

Generally in the entertainment industry when you program a show on a lighting console, each song/track would start at a seperate "hour" marker
Eg
Track 1 - Candy Cane Lane - Timecode start 01:00:00:00
Track 2 - All I want For Chrismtas - Timecode start 02:00:00:00
