Use the grid lines make them mean something to like 1-foot spacings or 1yard spacings whatever you like then make the grid just a bit bigger than your hole property like if your yard is 100 feet long make maybe enough lines so that you have 102 feet. I then used that grid to place the line model...
you could use timber, aluminium or even steel. I used Perspex because it won't rot, corrode or rust just make the size to suit your own magnets and the thickness only has to be thick enough to get the screw to bite in enough and yeah it's just used as a medium to stick the magnets to and to...
You don't have to use Perspex cutting it can be tricky if you don't have the right tools and you need to drill the hole for the screw at the right size otherwise the Perspex will crack. A sign maker or plastic merchant should be able to cut what you want BUT at a cost. The heat shrink is used...
I would keep the total load on that wire at a maximum of 8 amp's (5 would be better) as your connectors are the limiting factor in the wiring setup. A bigger cable in between the connectors only helps to get those amp's to get to the other end. A work around would be to solder two or more...
I use Sonoff Wi-Fi smart switches with the eWelink app . I set the timing of the on and off 4/5 years ago and haven't touched them yet , They are much the same as Johnnyboy Shelly's but I place mine at the power outlets.
Depending on how many other ports you are powering off that power supply to your controller and how big it is you might be getting close to maxing out the power supply but as your pic above the 2.2.2 splitter would be the easiest way to go.
Me, I only power 50 pixels off a controller port as if...
Under the category of exhibition stand erectors $1150 for 12 months $630 for 6 months $350 for 3 months my insurance is for party hire not sure if it is applicable or not in this case.
I'm sure we can handle it all. I have an ABN but only half the amount of insurance needed I set up fairy lights for weddings for the last 5 years. I think it will be the paper work to be the biggest hurdle.
Yes it is, Cement tiles are common for Austraila your average house would have about 15 to 20 ton of tiles this is why most here dont have atics up in the roof space as it is full of trusses at 600mm centers (2 Feet).
as a user of the magnets myself i used double sided tape to some perspex and put heatshrink over it and screwed a conduit clip to that. Just make sure you have the magnets sealed or you will get rust stains on the metal you are sticking them to.
