Got everything wired up and the test button on the 75E works! Unfortunately the Pi4 I ordered was defective (I should have known when Amazon shipped me a previously used device), but I have a new one coming today to get the software side of this complete!

Question for the experts out there. Is there an option in xLights to see what effects are affecting a prop at any given point in time. I have a singing face prop that I want to be separate from my "All Pixels" group (which it is on the layout), but on the Sequencer tab it keeps playing right...

LOL, Ya I identified my pixels are 5V, unfortunately there was a little smoke and now they won't light ;)

Key point there, try the lower voltage first. 12V into a 5V may not end well.
