Thanks Dan. I tried a compressing a short video with handbrake in h.265 and got the same black screen-- when in 3840x2160. I tried a few different bitrates and all showed black.

Sorry, the receiver is a v5 with E-fuses. I do not believe the issue is no data. The F16 is in test mode, doing a ramp. The pixels connected to this receiver respond, until the red LEDs on the outputs come on and the pixels go out. All other pixels on the F16 continue ramping.
