Thanks everybody for help trying to figure out what went wrong. I haven't really solved these issues yet due to lack of time. As of now I just replaced them with new leds and now everything is working fine.

Lightjams seems to be a useful software, especially the ability to do asymmetric matrixes. I've done some of this sort of programming on other sw, but that one didn't have so much effects and not the ability to do new ones. I wonder if this feature is available in Vixen or if anyone used...
