hey so for a 4 pin, to get the fan working off the board, i pulled the 4th pin out (Blue / PWM). You can just cut the wire or pull the pin out of the plug! Not sure why the 4th pin stops the fan when the software says it should be running. Disabling the 4th pin will set the fan to full speed i...
