I have pixels and a Falcon controller. I’m waiting for my power supply, Pi, and figuring out what the heck I’m doing, but I decided I needed a pixel tree this year. Then, we will see where it goes.

Welcome to ACL! Pixel tree is a great starter project into the world of pixels. Good to start early in the year like you're doing. I started with a 12x50 flat pixel tree to get my feet wet back in 2014. Pixels keep multiplying by the year. I also started my first year with just a pixel tree and some standard LEDs. It was a good learning experience and better positioned me for the next year's expansion. I'm done expanding now but may adapt some of the setup for Halloween. That will help me get some of the setup done early while the weather is still decent here.
