Hey all, this is my next stop trying to sort out an issue adding an additional license in FPP. I have a Hanson HE123mk2 controller which has a 16 port license. This year I need to open the remaining ports so I bought a new 16 port ($15) key. After adding in the order number and new license number I get an error saying the signing page cannot be contacted. Alan Hanson, generously, has been helping me over the weekend testing and trying different things and we’ve kind of narrowed it down to the Falcon license site being the issue as all the pinging, changing DNS settings etc on my end hasn’t found the issue. This morning I updated FPP to 8.4 with no issue at all. I have contacted Falcon support and have also been on the Falcon forums with no success as yet. I jumped in the zoom room earlier too but nobody was available.
While I wait for Falcon to get back to me I thought I’d see if anyone here has experienced something similar and if it was able to be resolved.
