I purchased a few pixel lights that came with the computer to run the software,
I am unable to now make the lights turn on, any ideas on what to do to make the lights turn on,

What brand/model are the last 3 pixel controllers in question that are showing up as not connected? If Light-O-Rama (LOR): they may need a special adapter. It looks like at least one of them is an ESPixel Stick, and those connect via Wi-Fi. Also, another thing I think would be helpful to know - how are the other 3 controllers connected to your computer? If connecting via wired (Ethernet) you would want them connected to a network switch, 5/8/12, however many ports you need, ideally unmanaged. If you connect them to a switch over Ethernet, if they are working properly the switch/controller should show a blinking green or orange light on both ends, on the controller port and switch port. If they are connected to a switch, is the same switch connected to any other network, like your house network? It could possibly be that the range of IP addresses is not available because some other things on the network have it. Though all the IP addresses on the xLights list seem to be plausible.

Happy holidays - hope this resolves your issue!

Are you trying from xLights? Did you click the "output to lights" lightbulb before playing the sequence?
