Got it working! I appreciate the help! I’m now able to bypass the relay and power the amp continuously for sound.
 
Next step is to find a new amp with more power. 300 watts is what I’m looking for.

Add a cheap double throw double pole solid state relay to cut the speakers off actviated by the timer contact (NO) and you could then use the other contacts (NC) on the timing relay to turn the LED light on and off when the music is playing

Hi there,

So, I’m in the process of updating my push button system. Basically, I wanted to buy a better amplifier and also add an over ride switch to allow the music to play continuously if we were hanging out outside. I love my new amp. It’s being powered by a 36v Meanwell. Two issues came up though. I need a different relay. Current one is 12v. Second issue, there is about a 4 second delay from the time the amp gets power to actual sound coming out. I think I need to put the relay on the speakers like you suggested a while back! I don’t fully understand how to wire all this. Would you be willing to make a diagram for me? Also, any suggestions on the relay would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for considering!

Hope this helps you out
I used a double throw double pole relay (DPDT)
As you see it cuts the speakers off but the amp stay on, also it turns the push button LED off when the speakers are running

This definitely helps!!! Thanks!! I also wanted to add a single switch to bypass the relay to keep the music on continuously. How would that work with this set up? I really appreciate your help!

You could add a by pass swich here
I would use a Singl Pole Double Throw Switch (SPDT)By Pass switch.png
 
This is a big help! I’m excited to rebuild my box! Any recommendations for buying the switches? Amazon? My power supply is 36v so I’m assuming my switches should be the same. Correct?
 
I got everything off AliExpress, took a few weeks to get here. If your power supply is 36v you need to ensure your board, relay and buttons all work with 36v. I haven't seen how common it is but you might struggle, the board here is 3-30v for example.

No this will not do
Can you tell me why you are using 36V ?
 
You could just use a buck invertor to drop the voltage down to 12V - 5V and use the set up I show you and run the amplifier direct off the 36V as you can use the control circuit to just cut the speakers and not the supply to the amplifier
