2016.46 xLights Big Release. TreeList in LAYOUT, Sub Models, lots more

    2016.46 released. This is another BIG release. If people wonder why we do releases every 1-2 weeks it is because our three developers Dan, Gil and Keith, produce so much content.

    - New TreeList in LAYOUT tab from Gil, nice!.
    - Sub models. Look under a model and see new option. This allows taking a snowflake and then defining more models under it. We will prob need a video tutorial on all that this can do.
    - The text effect, that used to have 4 text lines, now has 1. When you open a sequence your text effects will be put on separate layers. This give you more capability than before (for example you can do masking between your individual lines of text now).
    - Lots of SuperStar fixes from Gil.
    - Many bug fixes
