2017.13 released. New Color Manager, Drag and Drop for mapping files

    Release 2017.13. This is version we will use next week when we are in Las Vegas xLights seminar

    This release has Gil's new color manager "Settings, Color Manager". This allows you to change default colors used in xLights GUI. Thinks like timing track colors, highlight a block color .etc.

    Keith has added drag and drop to
    1) Import mapping ("Import, Import Effects")
    2) In the SEQUENCER tab, right click and choose "Edit Display Elements"
    this also works to drag and re-arrange order of items.

    Looking at FPP and the protocol it looks like it will use and should make it run better when not
    every channel changes every frame.
