• Saturday 10 am - 5 pm (8 am room open for setup)
• Sunday 9:30 am - 4 pm (9 am room open for setup)

Does anyone have a recommendation of a hotel motel we can stay on the Saturday night reasonable price and close location to the mini as the last couple of years we picked poorly and wasn't that nice .

Yes it's official - I am able to attend the SA mini this year! Let me know if you'd like me to present something. Music editing is my thing but I'm happy to talk through some of my elements if needed.

I note that "LIGHT-UP OHIO 2018" is on the same weekend.
It would be cool if we can set up a conference link for a short time between the two groups.
If we did something early Sunday morning it might fit with their late Sat afternoon.

From Sydney or Brisbane there are a limited number of sub-$100 fares, but the timing isn't good e.g. arrive Friday and depart Monday.

Cdjazman, Mccar and I will be carpooling together, so we should get there about 10am Saturday. I'll need to leave by around 4pm Sunday.

Does anyone else have anything in mind that they would like to share or lead a discussion on?

Perhaps you've devised your own list of do's and don't's to make building and setting up your show easier, faster, or something like that. Or maybe you've built a prop, enclosure or something else that you are very proud of (and so you should be ) that you'd like to show off and even walkthrough how you built it.
