One thing they dont seem to mention is that they are using Minleon TrikLit lights, i have a few of these and these are fantastic with nice even colour and built to last.

Those are NOT Minleon trik lights...

They are called the Pixel360, distributed in the USA by Vivid RGB lighting.
They are inline pixels, visible from all directions. Perfect for a megatree - straight lines and evenly spaced at connections. Upto 3 strings from one power connection & fully modular & connectorized cables.
Available in 3 different diffusion options and wire colors.
Custom strings built to your specs in 6-8 weeks.

The Pixel360 includes features exclusive to Vivid RGB Lighting - not used in the installation shown.
They also have an 18 month warranty - which should cover two seasons if you buy them in the fall.

Vivid also has a new custom designed product, the PIXY - designed specifically to be attached to steel light frames, or other structures. It's your favorite 8mm LED in a housing that is ready for the weather!
And a Super Bright pixel, the Chip3, with 3 LEDS and if you really want some punch - a 6 LED module!
On track for later this year, a 2.5", 4" & 6/7" ball strings.

It is the same technology used on the trees in this Christmas show: Holiday 2012 Light Show
