I got them all connected up to the controller tonight. Really need to get 4 way plugs for them all.

I am aiming to have them up beginning of November ready for December turn on.

look very good i hope you dont have too much rain where you live as tomato cage dont like water ... oups maybe you wont have that problem becuse they are 5 or 12 volt so low voltage might not affect cgfi plug ...

Hey John those look great , are they rgb strings or did you group pixels ?

Could you say how tall the trees are and how many strings you used per tree .


I need to build a few mini trees myself and your design looks like something i could follow.

These will work perfectly for any non digital dumb RGB lighting

Just noticed some of you had asked questions, I also got an email today about these.

I used garden plant spiral towers.

I then got 3 sets of leds, just plain strings, 1 red, 1 blue and 1 white.


I tie wrapped then together down the spiral, then connected them to DCSSRs, 1 per tree, 9 trees in total.


The final effect was really good, worth the cost / effort.
