Exact method I used . Was a slow process for 127 of them but it works
 
A coro / sign shop could also machine white coro for a perfect fit as well.
Doing that many disks, might be worth the few $$ to have someone do it for you. :)

Is the effect in the video generated by nutcracker or some other method?
