I had a query earlier about the Anti-spam measures in place, they were at the forum defaults so just a little bit obnoxnious, apologies not my intention to be painful.
However
I haven't completely removed them for everyone's protection.
Here's the config.
Post count under which users must pass verification to make a post - 2
Post count under which users must pass verification when sending personal messages - 2
This means you need one post, your hello post on the welcome board will meet the above requirement.
