Beware seller sophib on DHGate

I purchased a set of 2 P10 frames for panels.... long story short, package was lost in transit and they refuse to stand by the DHGate purchase guarantee and will not re-send the frames or refund...


first time i have had dramas like this, every other seller has resolved issues with deliveries.

I have never used DH Gate for anything - Do they not have some sort of dispute resolution mechanism?

yeah they do, but you need to try and resolve it with the seller first.

That's why I like AliExpress - They don't get paid till you're happy...
