Hi all, I really couldn't work out where else to put this, so I figured it is 3d and made from plastic
Is there anyone, anywhere in Australia that does/makes blow moulds?
I am after a large bee around 1m to 1.2m long and have been mucking around trying to 3d print one but my printer is only 300mm x 300mm so cutting up a design to fit on that is getting too much for me and I have only managed to get a bee around 500mm long.
Any help would be appreciated

Is there any specific design you can share?

Getting a tool made for a specific purpose to blow mould is very very expensive ($10k+ and for something 1.2 meters maybe even up to $80k)

my mate does plastic blow moulding but I think something like plastic vacuum forming would be easier and cheaper as you only need to cnc the first inverted mould from foam.

I think they are looking for a store that sells blowmolded christmas props, rather than a blowmolding factory.
