I am currently looking at designing props that are based on an Australian theme.
In Australia we don't have Snow, Icicles, and Snowflakes and are dependant on overseas for props for our shows. So I am looking for ideas that relate more to out climate.
For example on my display I have 6 Kangaroos. I am looking at a singing model of an echidna based on the 5 cent coin.
So to brainstorm for other members who may like to contribute, I have a laser cutter with a bed size of 1000x800mm and access to a larger CNC machine as I like to make props from Aluminium Composite panels which suit the new gumdrop pixels. below is the image of the echidna based on the 5 cent coin.
As members especially new are exploring options for obtaining props in Australia there are a couple of great vendors like Ink Creations and Christmas Props Australia, for supplies we also support the Australian vendors like Hanson Electronics who hold stock in Australia.
To help members to source products from overseas, I have put together some products from Paul Zhang ETop and GFO Technology on my website Conceptpl.com.
With the co-operation of these manufacturers in China, I have been able to seek pricing for our members.
How this works:
As a member log in on my site and can make a selection from the items I have posted on my site then add to a wish list or place an order and select the mode of transport. Pricing will be displayed in $AUD. When ready to order just place the order and I will check it for you then I forward in on to the supplier who will then generate an order with the costings including your choice of shipping. This invoice will be sent direct to you with a payment link for you to pay direct to the manufacturer.
