Can my Light-O-Rama turn on RGB?

I have a LOR1602w Model 3 controller and was wondering if I could use 12v ws2811 RGB lights?

I understand I won't be able to change the color, but I want to buy these lights this year so if and when I upgrade the controller I won't have to buy 400+ feet of lights again

The LOR1602w is an AC controller whereas WS2811 pixels require a pixel controller. The AC controller dims the entire length of the string by varying the 110V AC voltage. A pixel controller supplies a fixed 5V or 12V along with a data signal. The data signal allows each pixel to be controlled individually.
