i am having a issue with my Hansen Electronics HE123, I'm running a HE123-TX on the left side of the board to run to my HE123 RX Differential Receiver, i am only using 1 port on the Tx and anything plugged into the Receiver at the other end is not lighting up. using a multimeter it does seem that im getting some data down the RJ45 cat 6 cable but still not getting any lights. from what i can see its a programming issue more than likely a setting or something that i have missed in Xlighs / Fpp. Any thoughts on what i could try?

is your main controller set to have the expansions in xlights controller page ?
have you used visualiser to add the props to the ports set for the expansion?
have you uploaded outputs to the main controller once setup in layout ?

also the left side is ports 33-48 , where as the right side is ports 17-32 have you got them set right in xlights controller setup ?
if you only have 1 expansion it automatically sets the expansion as ports 17-32 so you may have to move the expansion to the right side
did you get this working ?
