Cant Init Conversation Error

    gday guys, can anyone help?
    Im trying to add a few songs into new seq (running LOR S3), for some reason a few of the songs i chose are coming up with "Cant init converstaion" Error when I try to use Beat wizard.
    They are all MP3.

    I'm not big on LOR knowledge, but perhaps it's not liking the format of the mp3 for some reason.. Maybe load up the mp3 in Audacity (or similar), and then export it to a new MP3 (so essentially, it's a new file).. Certainly worth a try!

    Whenever I have problems with "some" files, I use the most excellent tool MediaInfo and compare a "media" file that I know working with the one that isnt'

    I use it for everything from MP3's to 1080P mkv blueray rips that wont play on my Popcorn Hour player

    Could be that the MP3 is variable bit rate. Either convert to constant bit rate, or wave file. Wave files always work.

    Thats great guys. yep once I changed the song to a wave file it worked..

    Yes I have had issues with MP3 extensions before and converted everything to WAV and it worked great.
