CCR Software Set-up

Howdy.

Another dumb question.

I have got the CCR to work through the Hardware utility. How do I sequence it through the sequence editor?

I typically use the superstar software to sequence 1 or more (typically i am sequencing multiple) and then export the sequence into sequence editor. A little simpler. If you are not licensed for the software you can create ccrs in the sequence editor but I don't find it as easy to sequence it.

I also program CCR's in SuperStar and then import the SS file into the sequence editor.

I would not even consider using the editor for a CCR.
What looks simple in SS, when expanded in the sequence editor, to me, looks overwhelming.
