I used a 25mm make-a-bracket strip - cut into a length of 3 sections. Bent into a U shape, 1-1-1 for the sections.
The Conduit clip screwed to one of the sides of the U, the other side screwed into the house.
Works a treat for my window frames.

Mate that is brilliant , I don’t have a 3D printer would you be able to make some for me $$$
sorry at the moment I've got to print some other brackets and I'm low on petg which is what I printed these in for durability and strength (they are incredibly strong probably be able to drive a car over them), it would be probably 3 weeks before i could do any substantial numbers of them as it takes my printer 20 hours to print 9 of them, it's not a fast printer and I have to print at a slow speed anyways otherwise I get stringing or have bed adhesion problems with petg, I believe there are shops that can print these for you some office works do 3d printing , else they could be printed in pla but I don't know how many years you would get out of them
