That's mounted on a Bunnings temp fence panel with the C & S overhanging, so ~3m when stacked. You could roughly work it out if side by side

Mine is pretty much 5m wide all in one row (3x seperate frames.) I guess it depends on how much gap you want between each letter and the words.

So each letter is attached to a aluminium channel (MERRY, CHRIST, MAS). For the front of the house - I built a structure using steel angles from Bunnings - so the weight is just on the ground - with small brackets to hold it up against the wall. (Main advantage - they pack up really tiny).

And from there - the pieces of aluminium are just zip-tied to the steel.

I might look at adding a second support element to it next year -- letters like H are great - mounted in two places and really sturdy. But "I" and "s" in particular had real issues keeping straight.
