It took awhile for Diyc to be able to send my FM Transmitter, But im realy impressed with it.
http://www.vastelec.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=69&products_id=189
it says its a 30mw,but it never came with a Antenna.
So i did some research an found a perfect way (cheap too) for a tuned Dipole Antenna
http://auschristmaslighting.com/wiki/images/a/a7/How_to_make_a_dipole_antenna.pdf
so a bit of pvc tubing, 50ohm cable an steel metal wire, an i had a perfectly tuned Antenna.
so i had it sitting in the lounge when i tested it, plugged the ipod into it, an the miss's tuned her radio in..
It was perfectly clear, so at 10pm night time we went driving, it covered 1block perfectly clear, 2blocks with a bit of static. I was over the moon. :D
Now im worryed if i put the antenna on the roof, will the whole town receive it ???
All for $30 for the transmitter an $7 at the hardware store.
