Connecting a cmb16 to f16v3

Can you connect a cmb16 into the rj45 connection (dmx/lor) to the right hand side of the f16v3? (I assume you move the pins over to lor) does this use a standard cat5 network cable?

Yes to all questions asked.
Either jumpers need to be switched or a LOR-ESTA crossover cable or adaptor used.
Just uses a standard Cat5 or Cat6 patch cable.
