controller for strobes question

Shoot me down if I am wrong...

Thinking about stringing strobes along a cat 5 wire spaced what every, alternating 4 channels. than have a ssr at the beginning of that string to fire. Just need to figure out how many strobes per cat wire will handle. This make sense? Also wired in series for resistance to run at 24v.

Ideas? Thoughts? Please don't ban me tabor for being stupid...LOL :)

This actually sounds like a neat idea... I'd be interested in the experts answers too.

The one factor that woiuld drive the number of LEDs that can be on the wire would be the chosen LED size which you did not mention.
