Controller for WS2811 Spotlight/wall washer

Hey team,
Hoping to get some advice. I got a spotlight and wall washer from Ray Wu's store and having a bit of trouble working out a suitable controller. I thought it would be fine using an esp32 with wled because they are ws2811's but not having any luck. Links to the products below, anyone have any advice?

Focus on one thing at a time. Let's start with the first item, since it is 3 channels (not 4 channels, like the 2nd one).
Get everything working with a string of regular pixels (at least 20 @12V, so we know you're pulling 3W).
Then if you unplug the pixels and plug in the spot, what happens?
