Hi Everyone,
I have made a small custom star in xlights using a spreadsheet and have copied into a custom model. The model shows up on my Preview.
I would like to make several of these, i have tried to copy and make new ones but to no avail.
I would assume that highlighting the model in the preview a sub menu would come up with copy but only get 'Node Layout', 'Export CSV', 'Export Custom Model'.
Highlighting the element in the dialogue box and the sub menu is 'delete' only.
How do you make quick and easy copies?

Regards
Stephen

Hi Stephen.
My understanding is that you export the custom model you just created, which then saves it to your computer.
Then you can use the import model option and just do this several times, noting that the start channel for each one will need to be adjusted.

Hi Djgra79,

Thank you for your reply.

Click on the model (not the name but the model itself) and use standard Windows copy/paste keyboard commands: control-c & control-v
