Corro item missing from X Lights

I had recently purchased the attached corro ball which boysoco studios call a “Chroma Ornamnet 4” however it does not come up in x lights. What is the best way to add this as I’m not familiar with custom models yet?

You'll be best off contacting the Boscoyo and getting them to add it to xlights (they can do this without needing a new xlights version) or creating a custom model yourself.

If you want to learn about custom models, search for custom models on videos.xlights.org, there look to be several videos on it.

Or ask in the facebook groups. I got the penguin and Keith said all the vendors put the models a certain place for xlights to use, and Boscoyo knew nothing and thought it was in there already and was suprised it was. No one seemed to want to fix it. lol. Lucky someone sent me one and it worked, and eventually Boscoyo send me one too.
