I found these today at Costco North Lakes in Queensland. Happy Halloween!

All the halloween things had LED eyes and such. They looked quite good. They were also all of a decent size for a display. The stacked skulls were quite heavy and robust. Probably a good 10kg. Most certainly wind proof. I didnt lift the others so cant comment on them.
