Kudos to Logan!. This is a modified version of his sequence from last year that I threw into my show at the last minute and was a huge hit. Thanks for sharing Logan! 1st time using Xlights and importing another sequence, went very smoothly. Used Jnealand's instructions from Xlights forum. (Awesome writeup).

Here is one I did from scratch (as you can tell it isn't as polished as Logan's). Again I had to screen capture my preview within xlights.

In this one, the talking tree was done in HLS (still find AC easier in HLS), but the rest was done in xlights (my 1st one in xlights). Sven and Olaf were done using Gil's method and drawn in Piskel.
