DIY Reject shop solar kit - help

Hi guys. I have 15 Reject solar balls each with 1 pixels in them. I want to put these in my garden but have no way of getting power to the garden.

The pixels are 12v. What would be the best/cheapest way to power these with a solar panel at night?

I would want these to turn on at dusk

You can buy solar panels and regulators on eBay for use with an SLA battery. Some regulators have an option to switch an output on when dusk falls (no voltage from the solar panel) and run until dawn or a set number of hours. They also do the low voltage cutout required so the load can't run the battery too flat and damage it. Check eBay for "solar charger timer" and you'll find 10A ones for about $10.
