DMX 12 ch relay decoder

Hi Guys, I want to control a few dumb lights using a relay decoder but do not know how to model it in Xlights. I have an Advatek controller. Any help would be appreciated but please keep it simple as I have not used these decoder boards before and it is a few years since I I have used X lights.

Need details of the decoder. I suspect that it's likely something that uses 12 channels of dmx and will change state possibly at a dmx level of 127/128.
I would probably model the lights as a single channel white light for each 1 and do simple on and off (white/black) effects on them. It's probably possible to force the output to 0 or 255 with the state control but that's above my pay grade.
